• Payment information — when you pay online, your payment is handled directly by Razorpay, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — only confirmation that a payment succeeded and a transaction reference.
• Order history — items purchased, order status, and communications about your order.
• Usage information — pages visited, general location (city/country level), device and browser type, collected automatically through Google Analytics.

How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them (including over WhatsApp, if you order that way).
• To maintain your account and order history, if you sign in.
• To respond to questions and customer service requests.
• To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Third-party services we use

We share information with the following third parties only as needed for them to provide their service to us — each handles the information under their own privacy policy:

• Razorpay — payment processing for online orders.
• Google Sign-In — optional account sign-in.

• WhatsApp Business — for orders placed by message, and order-related communication.
